Welcome to ThirdVibe! ThirdVibe is a platform connecting individuals for curated social experiences including house parties, stranger dinners, city meetups, trips, and other group activities. By using ThirdVibe, you agree that:

• ThirdVibe only facilitates connections between users and does not directly organize events.
• You participate at your own risk; ThirdVibe is not responsible for the conduct of other users or for incidents occurring during events.
• Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided must be accurate and complete. Misrepresentation can lead to permanent account termination.
• Only one account per user is allowed; multiple accounts may lead to a permanent ban.

3. Account Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining login credentials confidential.
• ThirdVibe is not liable for unauthorized account access.
• Notify ThirdVibe immediately of any unauthorized activity or suspected security breaches.

4. Event Hosting & Participation

4.1 Host Responsibilities

• Hosts are solely responsible for event accuracy, safety, and legality.
• Hosts must comply with all local laws, including occupancy, alcohol, noise, and safety regulations.
• Hosts must ensure events are safe, appropriate, and free from illegal activity.

4.2 Participant Responsibilities

• Participants must follow host rules and behave respectfully.
• Participation is voluntary; users acknowledge inherent risks in social gatherings with strangers.
• Users should verify event details independently before attending.

5. Risk Acknowledgment

ThirdVibe is a facilitator only and does not guarantee safety, outcomes, or experiences. Users participate at their own risk, including risk of personal injury, property damage, or theft. ThirdVibe is not liable for:

• Accidents, injuries, or illnesses at events.
• Personal property damage or loss.
• Disputes between users.
• Emotional or psychological distress.

Users agree to hold ThirdVibe harmless for any claims arising from participation in events.

6. Payment & Refunds

• All payments for events are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• Users must pay all fees associated with events they book.
• Refunds are provided if the host cancels or as per the host's cancellation policy.
• ThirdVibe is not responsible for refunds if users fail to attend or violate the host’s terms.
• Fraudulent payment activity may result in account suspension or legal action.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Participants must notify 24–48 hours in advance to cancel bookings (per event rules).
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.
• Hosts must provide timely notice if an event is canceled; affected users will receive full refunds.
• ThirdVibe may modify cancellation rules without liability.

8. Code of Conduct

• Respect all users; harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Illegal activities, excessive alcohol/drug use, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.
• Impersonation, fraud, or misrepresentation of identity is forbidden.
• Violations may lead to immediate suspension or permanent ban.

9. Content Policy

• Users may post photos, videos, or descriptions relevant to events.
• Users retain ownership of content but grant ThirdVibe a license to use content for operational and promotional purposes.
• Users may not post copyrighted or offensive content without permission.
• ThirdVibe may remove content at its discretion without notice.

10. Privacy & Data

User data is collected as per the ThirdVibe Privacy Policy. Personal information may be shared only as necessary with hosts for event logistics. ThirdVibe implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee complete security. Users consent to data processing and communication for operational purposes.

11. Prohibited Activities

• Use ThirdVibe for illegal, unsafe, or commercial purposes without authorization.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with platform functionality.
• Share misleading or harmful information.
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
• Misrepresent identity or provide false information.

12. Limitation of Liability

• ThirdVibe is not responsible for claims arising from event participation or interactions with other users.
• Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the event.
• ThirdVibe is a facilitator only, not an organizer or guarantor.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThirdVibe, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, participation in events, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

14. Child Safety

ThirdVibe has zero tolerance for child exploitation. Any content, behavior, or activity involving or encouraging child exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal and reporting to authorities. Users can report concerns via the in-app "Report" feature or contact report@thirdvibe.com.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. By using ThirdVibe, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India for any disputes. ThirdVibe may comply with international regulations as applicable for global users.
